Right of Withdrawal

You may revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without stating reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail). The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before the conclusion of the contract and not before we have fulfilled our information obligations pursuant to Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 (1) and (2) EGBGB and our obligations pursuant to § 312e (1) sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal in time. The withdrawal must be addressed to:

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of a valid withdrawal, the services received by both parties must be returned and, if applicable, any benefits derived (e.g. interest) must be surrendered. If you cannot return the received service to us in whole or in part or can only return it in a deteriorated condition, you must provide compensation for the value insofar as necessary. This may mean that you must nevertheless fulfill the contractual payment obligations for the period until withdrawal. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you when you send your declaration of withdrawal, and for us upon receipt of it.

Special Notes

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the contract has been fully performed by both parties at your express request before you exercised your right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB. Entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB are not entitled to the above right of withdrawal.
